Dental Crowns & BridgesSteve L. on Dental Crowns Read Transcript
You walk in the door, and every girl up there says your name and hi, how are you? They have a really good bedside manner here. My teeth were pretty beat up, and crooked and what have you. I played a little too much sports. I ended up with some real hazardous looking teeth. They came in, and turned them right, and ground them off, and recapped them and then veneered them, and I get this. I had two pairs of braces in my life to try and straighten up everything in the first place. Some of the teeth were crooked, and they weren't going to change no matter how much torque we put on them. They ended up grinding those down, and bringing everything to a point, and then going ahead and capping those teeth. They did a beautiful job. I've never had any problems, not one day's worth of problems with any of it.
If damaged or missing teeth are keeping you from eating your favorite foods, contact Houston Uptown Dentists for custom-made dental crowns and bridges!
Regardless of whether you need a dental crown or dental bridge, you can rest assured your dental restoration will be made to exact specifications thanks to our state-of-the-art iTero intraoral scanner!
A dental crown completely caps the visible portion of a damaged tooth. If your tooth does not require a full crown, we also offer partial crowns, called inlays and onlays. Each of these options protects the tooth, helping to prevent further decay or damage and strengthen your bite.
We exclusively use premium, metal-free dental crowns so your tooth won’t just be repaired – it’ll be beautiful and blend in seamlessly with the rest of your smile!
Dental bridges literally bridge the gaps in your smile, replacing missing teeth and improving your oral health. Just like our dental crowns, they will be color-matched to the rest of your teeth.
